Refund policy
We DO NOT do refunds, but we do have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if it does not fit properly. That being said, we do have a size chart on most of our items that should help you pick the size that works best for you! Please refer to size charts on items BEFORE purchasing.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No exceptions.

If your return request is accepted, you must ship the package back to the address stated above. When we receive the package back, we will ship an item of SAME value back to you! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping times
Please note that orders can take up to 2-3 days to be fulfilled and sent out, especially on drop days. We can only pack so many orders a day. We are based out of Canada. So please note that if you order across the world, Packages can take up to 20 - 60 days to arrive from the day they are dropped off at the post office. Keep in mind, we cannot control the shipping time and there is nothing we can do about it once it is dropped off at the post office. Only SOME shipping lines have tracking on them, so make sure you are aware of that prior-to selecting a shipping line and placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will ONLY refund an order if it has been unfulfilled, (unpacked and not taken to the post office. We will not do refunds when it is sent out) or if there was a stock miscount and we do not have the items you ordered. theofficial.decade@gmail.com.
